Mitt Romney took part in three network interviews last night! Be careful, Mitt—it’s mighty hard to talk that much without accidentally saying something. On ABC, Mitt dismissed the polls, saying “Frankly, at this early stage, polls go up, polls go down.” True enough—Obama’s polls are going up, and yours are going down.
Mitt told CBS that Obama is engaged in “character assassination.” Luckily for Mitt, he’s immune to character assassination—he has no character to assassinate. Mitt said “they try and completely misrepresent my point of view, along with why I’m in this race.” That’s clearly untrue! For starters, nobody has any idea what your point of view is, let alone why you are in this race.
Mitt was also talking about his healthcare reforms in Massachusetts on NBC. OK, Mitt is officially desperate—he’s talking about his actual accomplishment. Mitt said “Don’t forget - I got everybody in my state insured.” We didn’t forget, Mitt. We thought that you wanted your nutty base to forget. Yes Mitt, you got everybody in your state insured. I think you used something called an “individual mandate,” or as your base calls it “socialist tyranny.”
Dick Morris said “If the election were held today, Mitt Romney would win.” If Dick Morris says that anywhere except at Fox News, people start giving him those little tests they give to see if a person has just had a concussion. One of the things they ask in order to tell if you’ve had a concussion is if you know who the president is. Even if Dick Morris knows the answer to that one, I don’ think he would be willing to say it. Dick also predicted that Mitt would win by a big margin of 4 to 5 points. Gee Dick, if Mitt’s lead is that big, I guess you guys can stop all of your voter suppression efforts. How will Dick Morris be able to show his face after the election? Probably the same way he is able to show his face after it was caught with a prostitute’s toes in it.
Listen to the Randi Rhodes Show Monday thorugh Friday 6 PM to 8 PM on WWRL 1600.
last night in car and tried to tune in when I got home via computer -- good luck, they make it near impossible. Loaded some dumb player they kept telling me I need three or four times and still no Randi. What's new?
This has been going on for decades at 1600 am. Have you loaded now and hope to listen this evening -- Friday -- and will be back Monday.
As far as liberal hosts, anyone still supporting Obama's corporate fascism is suspect and Rachel Maddow is long gone, not listening to Schultz anymore because of this -- certainly not on TV for either -- a bit leery of Hartmann but listen when I am in my car and can tolerate his support for Obama. Still hanging in with you. Keep at it.

AND I'LL BE AMAZED IF I CAN EVER SUBMIT THIS BECAUSE THE STUFF YOU'RE ASKED TO REPEAT AT BOTTOM IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO READ OR GUESS AT.
Hi Randy --
Just took me 5 tries to submit a comment because of the stuff at the bottom you are asked to repeat and evidently they think that c r a p is an "obsenity"?
You all have to try to deal with your own websites once in a while, it's hilarious.
If you want more listeners and more legitimate comments, simplify all of this with direct connections to 1600 am where we can listen to anyone at any time
with one link that works. That's another problem, after you find a working link, after a while they cahnge it.
Anyway, glad you're back on and in the summer, I can listen to you - the reception works -- which is another problem with 1600 am -- very poor radio reception.
All that the media focused on at the memorial for Nelson Mandela was President Obama's handshake with Raul Castro. The handshake was big news. But if Obama had chosen to snub Castro, it would have not only been huge news, it would have been huge bad...

The banksters could be forced to pay tens of billions of dollars more in settlements for crashing our economy. But, these fees are just a small fraction of the price that American taxpayers paid for the economic collapse. So far, the...
