Nothing less than the integrity of our democracy is at stake.Citizens United opened the floodgates to a Super PAC arms race that gives corporations and billionaires super-sized influence in our federal elections.
We can’t let it happen in our states, too. That’s why I’m leading a bipartisan coalition of twenty-two states and the District of Columbia in urging the U.S. Supreme Court to uphold state restrictions on corporate campaign spending.
The case that could change everything -- American Tradition Partnership v. Bullock -- is from Montana, but its impact will stretch all across the country. The application of Citizens United to state and local elections would be disastrous. Corporate-funded ads would play in an unending loop on our airwaves. Candidates wouldn’t be held accountable. Our political system would be tarnished.
I’m fighting it. But I need help. Add your voice right now.

If this law gets struck down, Citizens United would become the rule all across the country.
Without a doubt, multinational corporations and the super rich would use tremendous resources to overwhelm the voices of the people. Our politics would be awash in corporate money.
That’s why I need you to stand with me, on the side of our states to protect the very fabric of our democracy.
Click here to stand with us. Corporations can’t be allowed to decide elections.
I truly believe that when the people come together, there’s nothing we can’t do. Let’s stop this. Join me.
Thank you,
