Dr. Fritz Galette Bio



As a State Licensed Psychologist with a PhD and over 20 years of experience in the field of mental health, Dr Fritz Galette has a wide range of knowledge, experience, and insights into psychology and human behavior.

He brings his wealth of training to his coaching and consulting practice based in New York City.

Using a variety of approaches, Dr. Fritz has helped over 1000 clients reach their full potential.

Dr. Fritz works tirelessly with clients to remove the barriers that hold them back from achieving the success and the life they deserve.  His methods work to give clients the mental training and toughness to cope in high stress work or home environments, lead and manage employees more effectively, avoid self-sabotage, procrastination, feelings of overload, and other performance issues.

He also runs small and large group workshops in both the private and nonprofit sectors, transforming ineffective groups into high functioning teams.  His dissertation research on the impact of stress has been presented internationally.

Dr Fritz has an eclectic background. He holds a 6th degree black belt in martial arts, has just completed his 21st New York City Marathon, and is also a musician and lover of he arts.

Currently Dr. Fritz, operates his practice out of the Center for Optimal Performance in Times Square New York. He is also the host of the weekly radio show "Ask Dr Fritz" on AM 1600 WWRL.
